We would like to thank our unbelievable PTO for another great event on Friday. Families were invited to attend a 50's Sock Hop with lots of different activities. Students were encouraged to wear their 50's clothes while dancing to the sounds of the 50's and today, with the help from our DJ. We had a hula-hoop contest, bubble-gum blowing contest, and a lots of winners for best costume. Refreshments were served from our very own Soda Shoppe.
Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students are preparing for the upcoming Ohio Achievement Assessment (OAA). Listed below are the dates each grade level will be testing. Please schedule necessary appointments around these dates.
5th Grade:
Reading--Monday, April 19th
Math--Wednesday, April 21st
Science--Friday, April 23rd
4th Grade:
Reading--Tuesday, April 27th
Math--Thursday, April 29th

Upcoming Events:
- On Friday, March 19, 2010 we will have our monthly Success Assembly. Continue to encourage your child to keep reading their AR books to receive the Power Reader Award. Our 4th grade students will also perform a few songs on their recorders for our school.
- On March 23, 2010 Lifeshare will be here for their Blood
Drive from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Just a reminder that there will be NO school on Friday, March 26, 2010.
