YOU CAN NOW MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS

Say goodbye to sending cash and checks to the school cafeteria. Starting December 1, 2009 parents or guardians may go to the Pay For It link on our website www.marlingtonlocal.org or visit www.payforit.net.  This allows you to create a secure online account where you can add money to your child's account with your credit card, debit card or even an electronic check. Parents can have peace of mind knowing that students will have money available for meals, and that the money will only be used for breakfast or lunch instead of other items.

Parents can view their child’s account balance and make payments any time of day.  Parents may also view what the student has purchased. They no longer have to worry about forgetting or losing money. Also, the reduced hassle of paying with cash will speed up the lunch line, which means more time for students to enjoy their meals!

Internet Convenience Fee

An Internet Convenience Fee (ICF) is charged for each transaction and is displayed separately when you process a transaction. This fee is collected by the banking institution and Marlington Local Schools does not benefit from or control this fee. If a transaction is completed prior to midnight, it will typically be deposited into the student's account the following morning.

4 Easy Steps to Get Started:

1. Register: A parent or guardian completes the online form that includes their credit card information. An email with a confirmation code is then sent to the address that was entered during the registration process.
2. Validate: The parent or guardian enters the confirmation code which activates their account.
3. Add Students: Once a registered the parent or guardian can begin to add students to their account and begin funding their meals. To accomplish this, you must know your child's student 9 digit ID number (which you should find on their report card or schedule), School building and Grade. This is a requirement for registering your student to the account. If you do not know their Student ID Number (Not their PIN) you can call the school and they will provide it to you or look on their report card.
4. Deposit: Using the Make Payment page, you can now deposit money into any or all of your student's accounts.   Money deposited before midnight will typically be posted to the students account by the following morning.
