The Lexington Sock Hop is the happening place this Friday, March 12th from 6:00-8:00pm! We have fifties fun planned for everyone. Break out your poodle skirts, saddle shoes, bowling shirts and bouffant hair do's... Show your FAB fifties style in the costume contest. Stop by the "Soda Shoppe" for Pizza ($1.50/slice), Popcorn ($.50), Chips ($.50), Pop or Water ($.50) or the Sock Hop Combo ($2.00 includes Pizza, Chips, and Pop or Water). Our DJ will be spinning sounds from the 50's and today. Gather all your hep cats and get your picture taken at our 50's Photo Booth for $1.00! Be there or be SQUARE!!

On February 25, 2010, parents and community members were invited to attend a Parent Meeting to discuss with the Superintendent and the Curriculum Director their thoughts, ideas, concerns and comments regarding the present and future of Marlington Local Schools. Join us in Candyland and enjoy sugar coated memories. All Washington elementary K-5 girls and their guests are invited to the 3rd annual "Me & My Guy Dance"! The dance will be held on March 26th from 6:00 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. in the Washington elementary gymnasium. All attendants will have the opportunity to get their picture taken with their guy. These pictures will be available to order. Drinks and snack donations are needed. For more information, please contact the school! Little girls are precious gifts, wrapped in love serene. Their dresses tied with sashes and futures tied to dreams! Please join us for a wonderful evening!
